Domestic Orders

HoliFrog is happy to offer free standard ground shipping on all orders over $75 dollars, excluding taxes, and after any promotional discounts are applied when shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.

For Domestic orders within the 48 contiguous United States less than $75 we offer a flat rate of $5.95 for ground shipping.

Orders will be processed within 2 business days of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or federal holidays). All orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday, or placed on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed on the following Monday.

All orders are tracked and an email will be sent with tracking information once your order is in transit.

Delivery is approximately 5 business days from ship date.

Expedited shipping is $29.00 for 2nd Day Air shipping and $49.00 for Next Day Air within the 48 contiguous United States. This only applies to orders placed prior to 12 PM EST. Any order placed after 12 PM EST on a Friday will go out on the following Monday. Please note that 2nd Day & Next Day Air shipping is from when the order leaves our warehouse, not from when your order is placed.

A $5.95 redelivery fee will apply for the following reasons:

Entering an incorrect/incomplete address at checkout, causing your order to be sent back to us.
Entering an incorrect/incomplete address at checkout, causing your order to be undeliverable or lost in transit.
Not picking up your item from the post office or other third party, causing your order to be sent back to us.

Additionally, HoliFrog is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of a freight forwarding company in connection with your order. Using any shipping address that appears to be a freight or parcel forwarder is at the risk of the customer only. HoliFrog will not reship orders that were originally shipped to a freight or parcel forwarder in the event of loss, theft, or damage.

Canada Orders

HoliFrog ships to Canada.

Please note that orders to Canada can take up to 21 business days for delivery from the time they are shipped (customs processing times may vary).

Shipping rates vary depending on the order value and destination. Orders of $200 or less typically incur a flat shipping fee of $79.00.

The receiver of a Canadian order is considered the importer and may be subject to import taxes, duties and fees required by Canadian customs authorities. These charges are outside of our control.

Customs policies may vary and the receiver should contact Canadian customs for more information.

Once a Canadian order is shipped out, we are unable to amend the order.

HoliFrog currently ships only within the United States and to Canada. Orders with shipping addresses outside of these regions cannot be processed.

Return Policy

HoliFrog happily accepts returns purchased on https://holifrog.mom within 14 days of your purchase. We cannot accept returns purchased from other retailers; please contact them directly for assistance.

We do not accept returns on used products. Your HoliFrog Item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging it was received in.

Products purchased during sales/promotions are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Gift cards are not eligible for returns.

You can submit your return request to help@holifrog.mom. Please allow 2 business days to respond with a return authorization number which is needed to return the item.

Please pack your HoliFrog return securely in a shipping box to prevent damage and include a copy of your packaging slip, receipt or note with your name, phone and order confirmation number.

Once your return is received, examined, and deemed returnable, your refund will be applied within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.

HoliFrog is not responsible for return costs. You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs. We strongly recommend shipping with a tracking number. HoliFrog is not responsible if the item is damaged or lost in transit back to us.

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns for refund will be subject to a $5.95 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
